What Children Learn on the Mat
Our Youth Program is built on four pillars:
Age Groups and Class Times
Our Youth Classes are divided into two age groups:

Building Confidence, Focus, and Respect
Kids in the Youth Program don’t just learn to defend themselves — they learn to carry themselves differently.
Parents consistently tell us the changes show up off the mat: better focus at school, more respect at home, and a visible boost in self-image and confidence.
Anti-Bullying and Awareness Skills
Most bullying situations get defused before they turn physical, so real class time goes toward awareness and knowing how to respond — not just physical technique.
When a physical response is needed, kids learn to neutralize a threat without unnecessary violence, consistent with our overall street self-defense approach.
